Configuration Controls
Software Configuration Only via USB
This transmitter drives an analog output current proportional to a sensor input. No
switches or potentiometers are used to make adjustments to this transmitter. Its
behavior as an isolated signal amplifier/transducer is determined via programmed
variables set using a temporary USB connection to a host computer or laptop running
a Windows-compatible configuration software program specific to the transmitter
model. This software provides the framework for digital control of all configuration
and calibration parameters, and this information is stored in non-volatile memory.
Refer to Operation Step-By-Step in the Technical Reference section of this manual
for detailed information on available software control of this transmitter.
