Optional Configuration:
If movements requiring more consistent speeds are required,
we can install hydraulic flow controls to regulate speeds more accurately. Please call
Acasi Machinery to obtain specific details regarding this upgrade.
IX.
NOZZLES
The type and style of nozzles that are optioned on the machine depend on the product(s)
that will be filled, and the size(s) and type(s) of container(s) that will be run. After
assessing the container samples were sent to our facility, and/or by mutual agreement
between Acasi Machinery and the customer, the type and size of nozzle is selected.
All the nozzles are constructed with sanitary stainless steel (316L), Teflon seals and
Viton o-rings. Alternate materials can be ordered upon request.
