Adjusting the Nozzle Spacing and Setting the Position of the Entry and Exit
Cylinders to Control the Containers
If you are about to start these steps, the adjustment of the height and stroke of the nozzles
should be completed.
a)
Be sure that the electricity to the machine is turned off, and leave the air connected.
b)
Open the guide rails and move the entry and exit cylinders to their respected ends.
c)
Place the containers on the conveyor (centered left/right & front/back) one in contact
with the other (See Figures 25 and 26).
d)
Place the exit cylinder touching the outside edge of the last container. The height of
the cylinder rod must be adjusted so that it is below the container’s center of mass,
