To change the fill speed of the pistons, open or close the flow control valve (See
Figure 22).

To change the charge speed of the pistons, open or close the appropriate flow control
valve (See Figure 22).
Note: Consider that when changing the fill or charge speeds of the pistons, the fill volume
in the containers will vary. This is because the sensors will not be activated at the same
position by the metal platen.
At this point your PI-3100 filler should be ready to work. Please start the machine and
execute a complete cycle to verify normal functioning.
