A template IED can be inserted only when the bay is selected in the
plant structure.
1.
In the
Plant structure
view, select the bay, right-click, point to
New
and select
Create from template
.
The
Create New Object from Template
dialog box opens.

Select the IED from the list of available IEDs.
3.
Click the icon on the right column in the list of available templates.
The
Template Properties
