Removing the motor
Use these procedures to remove the motor axis 4 and 5.

The robot does not need to be jogged into any
specific position due to repair activity. 1

Turn off all:
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded
space.

Remove any loads or tools attached to the tilt arm

To secure no accidental movement and engage-
ment of drive power, set robot into manual mode
and also engage the emergency stop on the
