Second make the M16 bolt + washer / nut connection. Use 10 pieces bolts
of M16 x 50 Class 8.8 for this connection. A torque of 169.64 ft-lb has to be applied.
5. Release the slings from the horizontal frame.
6. Remove the four transport pillars from the horizontal frame.
7. Fit the bolt (B) with toothed washer (C), the GND braided wire (A) and the contact washer
(D).
8. Insert the bolt fitted with the GND braided wire into connection in the horizontal frame.
9. Tighten the bolt.
10. Remove the packing foil from the cables and enroll the cables through the vertical frame.
11. Route the cables to the present cable clips or cable try in the vertical frame downwards
to the ACS Control Module.
