PRINT PLATFORM REMOVAL WITH THE MANUAL OFFLOAD CART
After the print is complete, select
Drain Platform
from the Elevator/Leveler Screen. This function raises the elevator forks up
out of the MDM. After allowing sufficient time for part to drain (about 30 minutes), using nitrile gloves, follow these steps to
remove the platform from the elevator forks.
1.
The default offload position for the system with a cart should be set higher
than one without a cart. Ensure there is enough room to slide the offload
cart under the print pad without touching the print applicator assembly (1).
To reset the offload position, see the section,
“Setting the Offload Position.”
2. Open the 950’s doors to access the print platform and elevator forks. Flip
the levers in on the elevator forks to the right until they both point towards
you.

Move the manual offload cart into position so it can slide under the print
platform. Once the cart is in place, raise the cart up by rotating the bar on
the offload cart (1), so that the cart raises up and locks in position. Carefully
wheel cart out of machine and proceed with the
next step
of preparing your
part for use on pg. 44.
