no burning process If the heating element of the burner, which
ignites the fuel, is damaged then it must be
replaced. If the heating element is
operating normally then the burner
operation parameters have to be adjusted
– to be performed by servicing specialist.
Incorrect operation of the
burner’s photic sensor Check the photic sensor condition, clean or
replace it if necessary. See the burner’s
manual book.
8. The flame from the
burning process is
dim and the chimney

is probably higher than required for normal

additional flue gas extraction fan and/or to
change the chimney*.

chimney. It is necessary to restart the
burner. Possible solution is to install
additional flue gas extraction fan and/or to
change the chimney*.

* If the chimney draught values are below the minimum required for reliable
operation of the boiler, it is mandatory to install flue gas extraction fan module.
