Pelletherm V.2 M01 42
Sensors B and C are called DUAL SENSOR and they are with common connector that
connects to the EXT 5 on the main board (please see figure below).
The operational algorithm for heat accumulator is the following:
The heat source (burner, boiler), charged the accumulator with heat is switch on
when the temperature of sensor B is below the set value;
The heat source (burner, boiler), charged the accumulator with heat is switch off
when the temperature sensor C reaches the set value.
Sensor A follows the temperature in the boiler, emergency modes, modulation and the
incorporation of the pump.
Figure 6.13. Option “Operation with heat accumulator (buffer)”.
6.3. ADJUSTMENT OF THE THERMAL POWER OF THE BOILER.
Adjustment of the thermal power of the boiler is performed by adjustment of the degree of
thermal power setting its thermal power. Information on thermal capacity of the boiler at
different settings of degree of thermal power is shown in Table 6.1.
When changing the type of fuel used (change of class of the wood pellets for
example) it may be necessary to make a new setting the level of thermal
power.
6.3.1. DECREASING THE THERMAL POWER OF THE BOILER.
Performed by decreasing the degree of thermal power of the boiler in which the assignment
for thermal power is reduced and thus reducing the fuel consumption.
