HEART RATE FUNCTION
After starting the treadmill, keep both palms on the heart rate sensors.
The current heart rate is displayed after 30 seconds. During the
measurement, the computer displays a heart icon.

MANUAL PROGRAMME
The manual programme is a default operating mode of the device. The
treadmill starts operating in it once you press
START
and no other
workout plan is selected.
•
The default mode in the manual mode is 1 km/h.
•
The default belt angle level is 0.
•
The speed and inclination angle can be changed using buttons
on the computer.
WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
Select one of 18 automatic workout programmes, pressing the
PROGRAM
button until the relevant number is displayed on the
screen.
•
When the corresponding program is displayed, press MODE.
After you make your selection, the TIME window shows
blinking ‘30:00’.
Workout programme time can be set using
SPEED +/-
buttons.
The set workout time is divided into 20 stages proportionally.
The table presents the stages and corresponding speeds and
inclination angles for every workout programme. → See page
113.

to start a programme.
CUSTOM PROGRAMMES
The computer offers three custom programmes that you can define:
U1, U2, and U3.
SETTING A CUSTOM PROGRAMME
•
Press
PROGRAM
in the standby mode to select a custom
programme. Consecutive numbers of automatic programmes
and then custom programmes are displayed on the panel.
•
When a relevant programme is displayed, press
MODE
to edit
the first section of the programme.
•
Use
SPEED +/-
to set the speed.
•
Use
INCLINE +/-
to set the incline of the running belt.
•
Press
MODE
to confirm parameter settings for the first section
and proceed to the second one.
Programmes are made up of 20 sections. Repeat the procedure above
until all sections are set.
The programmes are saved in memory until they are edited. Data are
not lost in case of a power outage.
STARTING A CUSTOM PROGRAMME
•
Press
PROGRAM
in the standby mode to select a custom
programme. After you make your selection, the
TIME
window
shows blinking ‘30:00’.
Use
SPEED +/-, I/-
to set the training duration. The
set training time is proportionally divided into 20 stages.
•
To start press
START.
HRC PROGRAMS
Select one of the 3 HRC programs by pressing the
PROGRAM
button
until the corresponding number (HP1-HP3) is displayed on the screen.
•
When the appropriate program is displayed, press
MODE
to
enter the age or target heart rate value. → The adjustment
range is shown in the table on page 112.
•
After starting, the treadmill will start with an incline of 0 and
the lowest speed (for the HP1 program it is 8km/h, HP2 -
9km/h, HP3 - 10km/h).
•
After pressing
START
the bienzia will start working.
•
Use the
SPEED +/-
,
I/-
buttons to set the speed and
incline angle.
•
After a time of 1 minute, place your hands on the sensors to
measure your pulse and calculate the difference between the
HRC target value and your heart rate.
•
If it is > 0, the speed will increase by 0.5 km/h, the belt angle
will increase by 1 level.
If it is < 0, the speed will decrease by 0.5 km/h, the slope angle
will decrease by one level (when it is greater than 0).
•
After each repetition of pulse measurement, the value of speed
and slope angle will be updated.
COUNTDOWN MODE
Press
MODE
to select one of 3 countdown modes.
•
Use
SPEED +/-
buttons to set the countdown value.
•
The treadmill and countdown will be started once you press
START
.
COUNTDOWN PARAMETERS
•
TIME: the initial countdown value is 30 min. The time can be
set from 5 to 99 minutes (one-minute steps).
•
CALORIES: the initial countdown value is 50 kcal. The calories
value can be set from 20 to 990 kcal (ten-kcal steps).
•
DISTANCE: the initial countdown value is 1 km. The distance
value can be set from 1.0 to 99.9 km (1 km steps).
BODY FAT TEST
Press the
PROGRAM
button until FAT is displayed on the panel.
Use
MODE
to enter parameters:
•
F1
– gender – 01 male / 02 female
•
F2
– age – 10–99
•
F3
– height – 100–220
•
F4
– weight – 20–150
Use
SPEED +/- , I/-
to set parameters.
After parameters are selected,
F5
is displayed.
Put both hands on the
heart rate sensors. After 5–6 seconds, the computer displays FAT
information. FAT measures the relation between your height and
weight, not body proportions.
The correct result is between 20 and 25. A value below 20 means
underweight, 26–29, overweight, and above 29, obesity.
NOTE!
The results must not be used for diagnostics or any medical
purposes.
MOBILE APP BLUETOOTH PAIRING
The computer is compatible with FitShow app.
Start your training and enjoy new possibilities:

Download the app.
•
Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
•
Start the app and select the ZIPRO device you want to pair.
•
When ZIPRO is connected with the app, the computer is turned
off and the screen goes blank. From now on, you control ZIPRO
through your mobile device.
TRAINING AND PHASES
The use of the device is very beneficial. It will improve your physical
condition, strengthen your muscles, and when combined with the
right diet, it will help burn excess fat tissue.
1. WARM-UP
This phase improves blood circulation in the whole body and prepares
the muscles for intensive work. It reduces the risk of cramps and
injuries. It is advisable to do some stretching exercises as shown
below. If you feel pain, stop exercising or reduce the extent of the
move.
STRETCHING INNER THIGH MUSCLES
Sit on a flat surface with your legs bent and knees pointing outwards.
Put feet soles together and get them as close to you as possible.
Slightly push the knees downwards and hold for 15 seconds.
