System 7: East/West collector array + 1 tank controlled by pump logic

Description:

Controller compares the temperature of east/west collector array T0, T1 and tank
temperature T2, when temperature difference reaches its switch-on value ( DT1O), then
P1 ,P2 is triggered , they keeps running until tank temperature reaches its maximum value
or when temperature difference drops to its switch-off value, then P1, P2 is ceased.
