Installation

Image 25.  Installing cabling

3. 

Route the cable along the 1st boom and fix with 

cable ties according to Image 25. Then route the 

cable to the hydraulic unit along the front of the 

support frame and fix it together with the existing 

cabling with cable ties. 

 

Route the cable between the platform and the lift 

arm's pipe so that it is well protected when the 

platform hits the ground.

Leave enough "slack" to the first cable tie so that 

the cable is not at risk of being damaged when 

the lift is operated.

NOTE.

 

4.  Connect the cables to the control card, see wir-

ing diagram in section "8.4 Connecting Open 

Platform Alarm" on page 38 and section "8.6 

Connecting controllers" on page 40.
