PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION – WHAT TO DO
The casing becomes hot /
The appliance is too loud
and produces smoke.
The motor unit is
damaged.
Switch off and unplug the appliance. Return the appliance to an
authorised service centre.
The strainer is blocked.
The product is not
suitable.
The appliance cannot be used with fruit or vegetables that are
especially hard or contain long fibres.
The appliance is
overloaded.
Switch off and unplug the appliance. Wait until the appliance
stops. Clean the feeding tube, strainer, lid and pulp container.
The feeding tube touches
the strainer / The appliance
vibrates.
The strainer is not fitted
correctly.
Switch off and unplug the appliance. Check if the strainer sits
correctly on the skimmer. Check if the strainer is not damaged.
If the strained is damaged, you must repair the appliance at an
authorised service centre.
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any damages
resulting from unintended use or improper handling.
The manufacturer reserves his rights to modify the product any time
in order to adjust it to law regulations, norms, directives, or due to
construction, trade, aesthetic or other reasons, without notifying in
advance.
Ecology – Environment protection
Each user can protect the natural environment. It is neither
difficult nor expensive.
In order to do it: put the cardboard packing
into recycling paper container; put the
polyethylene (PE) bags into container for
plastic.
When worn out, dispose the appliance to
particular disposal centre, because of the
dangerous elements of this appliance, which
can be hazardous for natural environment.
Do not dispose the appliance with the municipal waste!
