4 Reference sphere holder

The CMM is equipped with the RSH 514 reference sphere holder.
Service unit and oil pump
Service unit for compressed air supply
Compressed air is required for active vibration damping and for the RDS
articulating system. The service unit is located on the left side of the con-
troller cabinet.

10 Solenoid valve
When the controller is switched on, the compressed air supply is re-
leased for the CMM via a pneumatic valve. When the controller is
switched off, the compressed air supply is automatically cut off.
NOTE
The filters are equipped with a water separator. If water has accumu-
lated in the water separator, it can be drained using the screw on the
bottom of the filter.
