a

 

kimwipe

 

and

 

a

 

small

 

amount

 

of

 

70%

 

ethanol.

If

 

using

 

an

 

oil

 

lens,

 

add

 

a

 

very

 

small

 

drop

 

of

 

immersion

 

oil

.

 

4.

 

Load

 

slide

 

on

 

stage.

 

5.

 

Bring

 

specimen

 

into

 

focus

 

and

 

bring

 

your

 

area

 

of

 

interest

 

to

 

the

 

center

 

of

 

the

 

field

 

of

 

view.
