NOTE
If the controller stops due to various
protection conditions, such as over-loading,
low voltage, you should turn off the ignition
switch and restart the vehicle after 10
seconds, and the failure should correct
itself.
If this condition persists, please examine the
failure code of the multi-function display
refer to the content of multi-function
display segment.
WARNING!
Before controller maintenance, disconnect the
cable of battery because power battery may
contain harmful high voltage.
Repair of controller should be professional.
Batteries contain high voltage so that
maintenance, repair and changes connecting
wire shall be carried out in one minute,or
it may cause damage to components and
electric shock.
Do not wash controller with water directly.
WARNING!
Accumulator will generate combustible
hydrogen so do not handle it near any fire source
to avoid the possibility of explosion.Eyes and skin
should not be splashed by accumulator liquid. If
it happens,rinse the skin for 5 minutes and go to
a doctor immediately.
Before inspecting or reparing,please turn off
ignition switch and disconnect negative cable to
avoid short circuit.
5. Fuse
Master fuse
Check with the multimeter if there is any fuse blow-
out. If any, circuit may be the problem.Find our the
causes and repair them before replacing master fuse.
WARNING!
Please use a master fuse with the same specification
to avoid damage or fire when replacing.
4. Inspect and Clean The Accumulator
Keep battery surface and binding post clean. Apply
lubricating grease onto joints to prevent from rust
every time after cleaning.
Under no circumstances should metal materials
be put on the cover of battery and keep ventilated
so as to avoid fire or explosion accidents.
Check the electrolyte whether it is 10
～
15mm
above battery plate. If not, refill with distilled
water but not concentrated sulphuric acid.When
the concentration is insufficient,please have
accumulator repaired in professional mendery.
Accumulator is in the condition of charging and
discharging while the vehicle is working.If keep
this condition for a long time, the accumulator
plate will be vulcanized.Therefore, accumulator
should be taken off from vehicle to completely
discharge and recharge for recovery.
That electrolyte density is lower than the standard
value of 1.28 (20
℃
) indicates the insufficiency of
power.Please charge it in time.
Note: The proportion of electrolyte should be
adjusted to 1.29
～
1.30 to prevent from freezing
up in cold area below -5
℃
.
