Fuse box (Equiped on left side under IP)
Check if safety socket is fixed securely and safety
device is firmly inserted.
Check if the capability of blade-type fuse on each wire
is correct.
Check if any blade-type fuse is blown. If any, please
determine the cause and them before replacing a
new one. The new one must be the same capability.
6. Wiper and Washer
Wiper
If there are cracks and/or damage to the wiper blade,
check the connection of following parts:
• ball pin of steering linkage
• engagement of steering gears and racks,
• clearances between universal joints of
steering shaft
• and other places (check by section).
Under normal conditions, clearances between
these connections should be zero or very small.
Their accumulation of inflected on steering wheel
is the free travel. Too much free travel will cause
manipulating response sluggish or front wheel
swinging.
8. Axial Clearance of Steering Column
There should not be clearance when pulling or
pushing steering wheel up and down, if any, rubber
gasket of steering shaft sleeve may be damaged
or steering column is sheared, so it should be
repaired at once.
please replace with a new one of the same type.
NOTE
Window glass should be protected from
scratching and crumbling by wiper arm
when disassembling.
Washer
NOTE
Do not run wiper if there is less water in the
washer,otherwise,the rubber strip or motor
may be damaged.
Please use approved detergent.
7. Free Travel of Steering Wheel
Keep steering wheel in a position that makes the
vehicle drive straight, then turn steering wheel left and
right (with wheels stationary). The arc length of outer
diameter rotating is the free travel within the range of
30mm. If the measurement is out of this range, please
