THE FORM OF PIPE
Maximum Piping Length
Note: Where the difference in elevation between the indoor
unit and the outdoor unit is greater than 5 meters, install
an oil trap every 5 meters.
The suction line must have a 2% gradient up to the
compressor on horizontal sections.
Where piping lengths are unusually long and include a
large number of oil traps, it may be necessary to adjust
to compressor charge.
Refrigerant charge to be added per extra meter
of piping length when more than 3.6 meters.

The form of pipe
Wrap up all pipe, drain and connection wire from top
to below.
Cover the connection parts with insulation material and fix
them with two plstic rings.
Wrap up the pipe with tape alongside the wall and fix
them to the wall with clips. These steps are usually adopted
when outdoor unit is installed below the indoor unit.
In case that you want to have additional drain pipe, the end
of pipe should be within certain distance towards the surface
( it mustnt be in the water. Fix it onto the wall so it won’t be
swayed by the wind )
Wrap the pipes and connection wire firmly from below to top.
Wrap up the pipe that are rounded up by the wall coners in the
way shown in the picture so that it can prevent water entering
the room.
Use clips or other fixture to fasten the pipes to the walls.
