(5) Fail Contact Signal
This contact output is a relay contact, and closes when a failure condition exists, such as
disconnection of the sensor heater, and failure or disconnection of cable between the
sensor and the converter. Use 600 V-rated vinyl insulated wires (JIS C3307), or wires
or cables of equivalent or greater capacity, for connections as shown in Figure 4.4.
