Login screen does not appear on the PC

Check the IP address setting. Controller-(Client) PC and this Camera-(Server) should
belong to a same local network and have an own different address each other.

Execute a Ping command against this Camera
’s IP address.
8.3. Turning operation
(1) PAN motion does not work

Check the Area and/or Position of
“PAN Swing Limit:”
in the Details tab (Admin Menu:
Camera > Details > Configuration Commands)

Try Power Off/On sequence using the AC-power-line, to check a mechanical function itself
against the PAN motor. Does the camera return to the
“Zero-position” (see
5.8 Return to
Zero-Position)
