<11. Warranty Rules>
11. Warranty Rules
(1) The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Failures generated within the warranty
period will be repaired free of charge.
(2) Warranty is limited to the body of the product.
(3) Repair carried out as a result of the following conditions will be charged even if the warranty period is
still valid:

Failure or damage caused by misuse, use out of the specification range, unauthorized repair or
modifications.
➢
Failure or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping of the product and so on after
purchase.
➢
Failure or damage caused by a fire, natural disaster (damage from an earthquake, storm, flood,
thunderbolt, etc.), salt, gas or abnormal voltage.
(4) Any other damage the cause of which is not considered our responsibility of excluded from the
scope of warranty.
(5) Contact the agent from whom you purchased the product or our appropriate sales personnel.
