<5. Cabling and Installing>
5.2. Cabling Precautions
For cabling, observe the following precautions:
(1)
When it is raining, do not connect cables outdoors to ensure insulation within the
connecting Junction Box.
(2) By performing the terminal treatment on the AC power cables with round solderless terminals,
make sure that they are connected.
(3) Conduit wiring is recommended for cabling. For conduit wiring, use Thick-Walled Steel Pipe
16 (JIS C8305) or Flexible Conduit 15 (JIS C8309).
If CSA explosionproof type, please refer to 5.9 of page 5-28.
(4) Make sure that clamping glands in the wiring ports are fully tighten.
It is effective if non-hard enable sealant is applied to the threads to provide waterproof treatment.

5.3. Cable Terminal Treatment
The body is delivered to you with approximately 5 m cables connected to it. You should perform the
terminal treatment at your convenience.
For making connection to the terminal box (or block), see the cable terminal treatment summarized
in the following table:
If the 5 m cables attached to the body are to be extended, procure the equivalents of the
accessory cables or those listed below:
Power cable: 3-wire 1.25 mm2 (or AWG16)
Composite cable: Ethernet ( ONLY use RJ45: 1- 2 and 3-6 pairs) and Relay contact signal
CAUTION
RJ45 4-5( BLUE-WHITE/BLUE ) pair and RJ45 7-8( BROWN-WHITE/BROWN ) pair in the
internal Ethernet cable of the Composite-cable should always keep to non-connection .
Otherwise, FC33 may be damaged by outer power supplying circuit.

connexion. Sinon, le FC33 peut être endommagé par le circuit d'alimentation externe.
