6.3. Installing Setup utility to the PC
In case of the first time installing an Active X, installing those two-software are needed at your (client)
PC. These files for installing are being contained to attached CD-R

Complete the installation of the Runtime files

Restart (Reboot) the PC

Once after the first installation mentioned above had been done, installing only
one-software shown below is needed at the PC
(Uninstalling of old version is needed before new version)
