10. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS 141
Introduction
Regular maintenance is of great importance for your machine to have a long and efficient life span
and for the shortest possible downtime of your machine. This section gives you a list of maintenance
work to be done at the specified intervals to maintain your machine's performance.
Daily Maintenance
Loading group sensors in the machine, gripper sensor and output group sensors should be carefully
cleaned at the end of the day.

Dust absorbent and collector sheet in the processing group should be cleaned thoroughly.

All surfaces on which the profiles contact should be cleaned carefully.

The milling bits and saw should be carefully cleaned at the end of the work and checked against wear.

The table surfaces, screw shafts and all moving parts should be cleaned carefully at the end of the
work.

The printer should be cleaned and the barcode label should be changed if necessary.

The rollers, bearings, cable ducts, air connections and socket entries on the machine should be
examined against the risk of loosening.

The oil level in the automatic lubrication chamber should be checked frequently.

At the end of the day, the water accumulated in the conditioner should be emptied.

Door switch and Led lamps in the cabin should be checked.

There should be no material under loading and exit conveyor chassis.

Sawdust conveyor should be carefully cleaned at the end of the work.
