Write any measurement in “Hedef nokta (Target point)”
field; write the same value in Set position
field as well; by clicking
on
button, you will send the robot to the measurement on Z axis.
Measure between the pulley and the part of the robot jaw indicated by the red
mark as follows.
If the value you measure is the same as the value you wrote, the robot Z calibrator does not need to be
calibrated. If the two values are different, for example you have written 80 mm and measured as 81
mm, then you should write 81 mm in target point
field and then click on calibrate
button.
Robot Z holding calibration is now completed.
7.7. Setting Lubrication Amount And Duration :
Machine lubrication setting is defined as follows.
Click on
button from the list when on the cutting menu. Follow the steps below on the screen
that will be open.
Information on how many pieces are left for automatic lubrication and how many pieces have been cut
after lubrication can be followed from the following section.
