To park a call in FAC mode:
1.
During a call, press the Park soft key (You may need to press the More soft key to
see the Park soft key).

If the call park code is not configured, you need to enter the call park code.
Press , or the Park soft key.

If the call park code is configured, the phone will dial the configured call park
code shown as below:

Do one of the following:
a)
If you want to park the call against the local extension.
If the Park or Retrieve soft key doesn’t appear on the LCD screen, please select
Disabled from the pull-down list of Custom Softkey via web user interface at path
Settings->Softkey Layout.
