DESIGN
Activating zone 2 allows you :
-
to connect 2 speakers and listen to your YA701 in a second room (this option is only available if your main
room has less than 5 speakers)
-
to connect a power amplifier in a second room using zone 2 preamplified outputs so you can enjoy any of the
sources connected to your YA701 (Note : some limitation apply)
-
to control the volume and the content sent by your YA701 to zone 2 using YBA unified remote control (to allow
this function, you must have an IR receiver in your second room and connect it to the IR IN of your YA701) or
the RS232 port.

STEP 1.2 : NUMBER OF SPEAKERS USED IN MAIN ROOM
Your YA701 will ask you :
How many speakers for zone 1 ? How many speakers for zone 1 ? How many speakers for zone 1 ? How many speakers for zone 1 ?
Just tell your YA701 the number of speakers, apart from subwoofer, you have and want to use in your main room and
are connected to one of the 7 amplified outputs of your YA701. Choose between
2, 3, 5 2, 3, 5 2, 3, 5 2, 3, 5
and
7 77 7
.
As your YA701 is equipped with 7 amplified outputs. If you select :

amplification is activated, zone 2 content is
only available through ZONE 2 preamplified

Zone 2 content is also available through
