3A. IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE (Primary)

• Disconnect the Ignition Coil Connector

From the Wire harness

• Connect the Multimeter to the Ignition Coil.

• Check the primary Coil resistance

Multimeter (+) lead Ÿ Black/Blue Terminal ¿

Multimeter (-) lead Ÿ Green Terminal À

3B. IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE (Sec-

ondary)

• Connect the Multimeter to the Ignition Coil

• Check the secondary coil resistance

Multimeter (+) lead

Ÿ High Tension lead ¿

Multimeter (-) lead Ÿ Green Terminal À

Replace the Ignition Coil
