Procedure
Turn the main switch to “ ” (on), and then compare the actually mea-
sured battery voltage with the display value. (If the actually measured
battery voltage is low, recharge the battery.)

Actuation
Actuates the fuel injection system relay five times at one-second inter-
vals.
The “CHECK” indicator and “
” on the Yamaha diagnostic tool screen
come on each time the relay is actuated.
(When the relay is on, the “CHECK” indicator and “
” on the Yamaha di-
agnostic tool screen go off. When the relay is off, the “CHECK” indicator
and “
” on the Yamaha diagnostic tool screen come on.)
Procedure
Check that the fuel injection system relay is actuated five times by listen-
ing for the operating sound.
