• Bearing
• Oil seal
• Circlip
• Torsion spring
• Push lever shaft
• Bolt
• Clutch cable

NOTE:

NOTE:
After installing the clutch cable, bend the push
lever shaft tab along a flat side of the nut.

8. Install:

• Push rod 2
• Ball
• Push rod 1
• Push plate
• Washer
• Locknut
• Pressure plate
• Clutch spring
• Bolt

9. Tighten:

• Clutch spring bolt
• Locknut

NOTE:

NOTE:
Tighten the clutch spring bolts in stages and in
a crisscross pattern.

10.Check:

• Push lever position

Push lever mark

and crankcase mark

not aligned

Correct.

Push the push lever in direction

and make

sure the marks are aligned.
