Check yakimatech.com for your rack’s weight limit. Do not exceed the 
weight limit of your vehicle’s racks!

• 

Maximum bicycle weight is 30 lbs. (13.6 kg) .

• 

Maximum rack + load weight is 165 lbs. (75 kg) unless otherwise noted.

REMOVING YOUR RAPTOR AERO™:

Unscrew the thumb-wheels, 

carefully remove your accessory 

from the car.

Purchase an Accessory 

Lock Housing to lock 

Raptor Aero™ to your roof 

rack (sold separately).

RE-INSTALLING RAPTOR AERO™:

• 

Carefully tighten the thumb-wheels after every reinstallation.

• 

Follow safety checks in accessory instructions every installation.

• 

There must be adequate clearance 
for installing accessory locks.

• 

If the accessory lock housing comes 
in contact with the vehicle, even after 
loading the rack, do not install them.
