Press the
Services Home
button, then touch
Copy
.
2.
Under Copy Output, touch
Creasing
.
3.
Under Creasing Options, touch
Single Crease
.
Note:
Creasing options depend on the paper size. If the desired creasing option is unavailable, touch
Paper Supply
, then select the appropriate tray, and touch
Save
.
4.
To specify how the pages are creased, select one of the following options:
•
Individually
creases each page separately.
•
Together as a Set
creases all the pages together. Select the
Booklet Staple
check box to
saddle staple the pages.
5.
Touch
Advanced Settings
, and set the available options:
a.
Under Side 1 Images, select one of the following:
•
Image Inside Crease
prints the image inside the crease.
•
Image Outside Crease
prints the image outside the crease.
b.
Under Collation, select one of the following:
•
Collated
•
Uncollated
c.
Under Originals, select one of the following:
•
Standard
images are printed full size.
•
Booklet Format
images are reduced and printed in booklet format.
6.
To select the orientation of the originals, touch
Original Orientation
and select one of the following
from the drop-down menu:
•
Upright Images
are loaded upright into the document feeder.
•
Sideways
Images are loaded into the document feeder with the top edge to the left.
7.
Touch
Save
.
Folding Copies
If your printer has the Professional Finisher, you can automatically fold your copies.
To fold copies:
1.
Press the
Services Home
button, then touch
Copy
.
2.
Under Copy Output, touch
Folding
.
3.
Under Folding Options, select
Single Fold
.
Note:
Folding options depend on the paper size. If the desired folding option is unavailable, touch

, then select the appropriate tray and touch
Save
.
4.
Under Fold Pages, select one of the following options:
•
Individually
folds and stacks each page separately.
•
Together as a Set
folds and stacks all the pages together. Select the
Booklet Staple
check box
to staple the pages at the fold.
