Country
: Specifies the country where the printer is used.
Note:
Country must be set before faxes can be sent.
System Settings
The System Settings menu is used to configure basic printer settings, such as for alarm and Power Saver
mode.

Power Saver Timer
: Specifies the transitional time of Low Power Timer and Sleep Timer in
increments of 1 minute.
■
Low Power Timer
: 5 min. to 60 min. (default is 5 min.)
■
Sleep Timer
: 1 min. to 6 min. (default is 6 min.)
■
Power Saver Wake Up
:
Specifies whether or not the printer exits Power Saver mode when the
external telephone rings.
■
OffHook WakeUp

(default): The printer exits Power Saver mode.
■
Off
: Select this if you want to have the printer kept in Power Saver mode.
■
Auto Reset
: Specifies the time the printer waits for further console input before automatically
resetting the settings for COPY, SCAN, or FAX and returning to the standby mode.

Fault Time-out
: Specify the time for an automatic timeout for a job fault.
■
Job Time-Out
: You can cancel a printing process when it goes beyond a set time period. Set the time
until the print job is canceled. When this timeout expires, the print job is canceled.
■
On
: 5 sec. to 300 sec. (default: 30 sec.): Specifies the amount of time in increments of 1 second the
printer waits for additional data before it cancels the job.

Off
: Cannot cancel.
