Performing Setup from the Control Panel
Printing the Configuration page from the Control Panel
The Configuration page lists all the settings in effect from the current Setup. After you
have finished running Setup, print a Configuration page to confirm your settings.
There are other pages you can print from the Control Panel of the DocuColor 40 CP,
including Test Page, Job Log, Control Panel Map, color charts, and font list. For
information on these pages, see the Job Management Guide.

1.
At the Control Panel, press the Menu button to access the Functions menu.
2.
Choose Print Pages.
3.
Select Configuration.
You may want to post the current Configuration page near the server for quick
reference. Some of the information on this page should be conveyed to remote users;
for example, users sending print jobs will need to know the current printer default
settings.
Setting the WebLink destination
The default WebLink destination can be changed; this function requires the
Administrator password, if one has been set. Before you change the WebLink
destination, you should save the original link as a Bookmark or Favorite (depending on
the internet browser you use).

1.
Start your Internet browser application.
2.
Enter the IP address or the DNS name of the DocuColor 40 CP.
The DocuColor 40 CP home page appears.
3.
Press the Control key (Mac OS) or Ctrl key (Windows) while you click the WebLink
button.
