Router Compatibility

Xantrex has tested the following routers and found them fully compatible
with the Gateway:

•

D-Link Wireless N, model DIR655, H/W 02, firmware version 1.02.

•

Linksys WRT300N v0.93.9

•

Linksys WRT54G v 1.00.9

•

Linksys WRT54GL, hardware version 1.1, firmware versions Linksys
4.30.9, Linksys 4.30.11, Tomato version 1.09

•

D-Link WBR-1310, hardware version D1, firmware version: 4.00

Xantrex encountered some problems when testing the Gateway with the
following routers:

•

GigaFast WLAN 11g Router, model WF719-CAPR firmware v1.2.5
(also sold under other generic names). This router works in wired
mode only.

•

Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless-B, hardware version 4, firmware
version 1.52.02. This router no longer has active support from
Linksys. The most recent version of firmware (1.52.02 4/07/2005)
does not work with the Gateway in wireless mode.

•

Netgear WGR614 v6, firmware versions V1.0.6_1.0.5,
V2.0.19_1.0.19NA. This router performs inconsistently in wireless
mode.
