Dangers
The product, if installed, used and maintained properly, in observance with
the instructions outlined in this Manual, is
not dangerous for the operator
.
The product cannot be used as an incinerator and can only be powered by
charcoal
. Any improper usage by the Customer relieves the Manufacturer
from warranty obligations.
The Manufacturer recommends not to use any
supplementary source of
air supply
. The aeration present in indoor professional kitchens
as by law
enacted
, is sufficient to guarantee a proper and safe use.
Do not touch the
surface of the Cover panels
while using the product to
prevent possible burns.
The
handles
to open and close the Grill drawers and the Front hatch, the
lever
on the Air inlet valve, the handle on the Smoke outlet valve and the
knob
on the Brazier lifting cart, do not conduct heat and allow the operator
to work without employing any particular protection.
Open the
Front hatch with caution
during service as, sudden supply of oxy-
gen to the embers in the cooking chamber, might cause flames development.
The Manufacturer informs that the Customer must use only cooking utensils
(i.e. pots, pans, etc…)
suitable for high temperatures
.
The Customer must install and use only original Accessories and Spare parts
supplied by the Manufacturer or Authorized sales channel, see Customer care
and Warranty and visit
In the case the Customer discovers worn out or damaged components that
could affect the proper and safe use of the product, it is responsible of im-
mediately stopping its use and promptly inform the Manufacturer and/or the
Authorized sales channel, see

.
The Manufacturer informs that the Customer is responsible to know the
laws
and regulations applicable
in the place where the oven is installed and
used.
