- Grill drawers’ use
suggestions
In order to avoid contamination of flavors be-
tween different food being prepared simultane-
ously, it is advisable not to position them, even if
placed on different grill drawers, in a direct vertical line,
one on top of the other.
Alternatively, it is advisable to use pans and bakeware both for simultaneous
cooking of different food and for the preparation of particularly greasy ali-
ments.
As a thumb rule, the Manufacturer advises to use the

for
cooking food rapidly and aggressively, for instance: steak, shellfish, tuna etc…,

The
Grill drawer 2
is suggested for cooking at high temperature but with
less heat intensity, suitable for vegetables, fish, pork, hamburger, etc…, see
