The use of wood is only allowed in the form of small
chips
for savouring.
The
Front hatch safety glass
allows to monitor if development of flames
occurs inside the cooking chamber without the need of opening the Front hatch.
The stainless steel
Grills
must be regularly brushed during use to avoid that,
deposit of burned food remains, contaminate the food being prepared.
The Manufacturer informs that it is
not advisable to touch the surface
of
the cover panels during service in order to prevent burns.
The operator can safely use the
handles
to open and close the Grill drawers
and the Front hatch, the
lever
on the Air inlet valve, the handle on the Smoke
outlet valve and the
knob
on the Brazier lifting cart without employing any
particular protection.
SHUTDOWN
Once the service is finished, follow the product’s shutdown procedure:

Check that the Air inlet
valve is closed
•
Close the Smoke outlet valve
