SERVICE
After approximately
1 hour
from ignition, check that the entire load of char-
coal has transformed in hot embers. The product should have reached an
operating temperature
above 200 °C
and it’s ready for use.
The
Air inlet valve
can be positioned according to need. Remember that if
air enters through the valve, the faster the heat production and consequently
faster the charcoal consumption.
The Manufacturer advises to keep the Air inlet valve
closed
during service.
This way the brazier will receive air primarily when the Grill drawers are opened
and closed, ensuring a proper heat production and charcoal consumption rate
and, at the same time, keeping the flames under control.
Find below the illustrated and
described sequence for a proper
and efficient service:
•
Close the lower Grill drawer left
open during ignition procedures
•
Close the Air inlet valve
•
Wait at least 10 minutes to allow the grills to reach operating temperature
