IGNITERS
The Manufacturer, as per the choice of charcoal, underlines the importance of
the choice of igniters.
The igniters are used in the ignition process, inside the brazier tray, in the same
environment of the cooking chamber. Therefore, the use of
odorless
and
ecological
igniters is highly recommended not to contaminate the cooking
environment and to be able to treat charcoal residue gathered in the brazier
tray and ash pan, as
organic waste
.
The Manufacturer offers its own selection of odorless and ecological igniters
that ensure an average flame duration ideal for an effective ignition.
