Troubleshooting
Malfunction Possible cause Remedy
Overload protection:
The load speed drops

The motor temperature is too
high!
Allow the machine to run at idle speed until it has
cooled down.
Overload protection:
The load speed drops
SLIGHTLY.
The machine is being
overloaded.
Continue to work with a reduced load.
S-automatic safety
cut-out: The machine
was SWITCHED OFF
automatically.
The machine is switched off in
the event of an excessive current
increase rate (such as can occur
e.g. in the event of sudden jam-
ming or a recoil).
Switch off the machine at the
ON/OFF switch [5]
.
Then switch on again and continue to work normally.
Avoid further jamming. See chapter Recoil and the
associated safety precautions.
Restart protection: Machine
not running.
The restart protection device has
tripped.
If the mains plug is inserted with the machine switched
on, or if the power supply is restored after an interrup-
tion, the machine does not start. Switch the machine off
and on again.
Cleaning and maintenance
Important!
The device may only be cleaned with
the mains plug disconnected.
The dust mask or respirator must be
capable of filtering particles generated
by your operation.
Motor cleaning
Clean the machine at regular intervals,
frequently and thoroughly by blowing
compressed air through the rear
ventilation slots. Here, the machine
must be held firmly.
Accessories
Use only original Würth accessories.
Use only accessories satisfying the requirements and
technical data given in this operating manual.
Attach accessories securely. If the machine is oper-
ated in a clamp: Mount the machine securely. The
loss of control can result in injuries.
