PH802 firmware recovery
Preparation
◆
The phone’s WAN port connect with the computer in the same LAN
◆
Shut down the firmwall of the computer and make sure the FTP port is open and the client
server can download normally.
◆
Enable FTP server, create Password and user name, put the Firmware under the FTP server
directory.
◆
Use the Post mode to login in the phone, telnet the device.
Enter the post mode
Restart, press the key”#” while it doesn’t finish in the schedule bar(about 4-5seconds), the phone
will enter post mode, so the phone’s default ip address is 192.168.10.1, the phone’s WAN
connect directly to the computer. The computer will configure static IP: 192.168.10.*, then
TELNET login 192.168.10.1 enter the post mode interface

After you enter Post mode, you will see the following 1-4 menu.

As we need to update via FTP so input 2 , just like the following picture shows, the system will
require us to input the FTP server:
