5 Measuring the concentration
→
Call up the concentration measuring mode by
pressing .
→
Insert the round cell with barcode into the round
cell shaft until it clicks into place.
Align the line mark to the notch of the photome-
ter.
The photometer reads the barcode of the round cell
and automatically selects the relevant method.
Method and citation form are displayed in the header
of the display.
After the measurement is finished:
The measured value appears on the display.
If the select method menu appears, the
photometer has not yet recognized the
barcode of the AutoSelector. Align the
line mark of the AutoSelector to the notch
of the photometer.

For photometrical concentration mea-
surements, it is always necessary to pre-
pare the sample to be measured.

mation and in the third part, Analytical
procedures of this operating manual. Warning
It is essential to follow the safety instruc-
tions and notes on protective measures
when handling chemicals, in order to
avoid damage to your health and the en-
vironment. They can be found on the
packages of the coded cell tests and re-
agent test sets.
