11 Correction functions
Erasing a blank value
→
Insert a cell with blank solution to start a mea-
surement.
The message measuring... appears on the dis-
play.
The measured blank value applies for all sub-
sequent measurements using the identical
method (the photometer only stores one sin-
gle blank value each time for a whole series of
measurements).
After the measurement is finished:
→
Call up the concentration measuring mode by
pressing .
→
Insert the measuring cell.
The value measured against the prepared blank solu-
tion is displayed. The measured value is identified by
BV.
→
Select the menu item, erase blank value
→
After confirming with the stored blank value
is erased.
The erase blank value menu item first ap-
pears after a blank value has been mea-
sured.
