Calibration routine
1
In the measured value display:
Call up the calibration routine with
<C>
. The
CAL
display appears.
Note: The states of all relays and
current outputs linked with the
measured oxygen value are frozen
during the calibration routine (
CAL
display).
2
Put the sensor into the calibrating
position. To do this, position the
sensor approx. 2 cm above a water
surface, the best is a narrow
mouthed bucket or similar vessel.
No drops of liquid should get onto
the membrane while doing so.
3
Start the calibration with
<ENTER>
. The sensor slope is
determined. The measurement
runs until a stable value is reached
(AR flashes).
4
If the value is stable, AR goes out.
The slope is accepted.
Note: A flashing slope value
indicates that the slope is close to
the edge of the permissible range
(slope < 0.5 or > 1.4). In this case
replace the electrolyte and
membrane head in the near future.
5
Put the sensor back into the
measuring position.
6
Press
<ENTER>
.
The measured value is displayed
in the second line.
The states of all relays and current
outputs linked with the measured
oxygen value remain frozen.
