Example:
Set exterior line 2 as the day manual on duty response mode.
After the exterior calls, the system will directly ringing 8002 and 8003.
Operation:
Step 1: Set exterior line 02 as the day manual on duty mode.
The programming host extension off-hook, then dial *#99 6666# into
programming mode, continue to dial 212 02 0#, and proceed to the next step after
hearing the prompt tone.
Step 2: Change the duty extension group of exterior line 02 to an idle group (such
as group 02).
Continue to dial 260 02 02#, and proceed to the next step after hearing the
prompt tone.
Step 3: Store the extension 8005 and 8001 into the group 02.
Continue to dial 76 02# (clear group 02), continue to dial 76 02 8000#, continue
to dial 76 02 8001#, and proceed to the next step after hearing the prompt tone.
Step 4: Change the ringing mode of the group 02.
Continue to dial 78 02 2#, on-hook after hearing the prompt tone.
Notice:
If the current response mode is not the minimum priority, disable the
high-priority response mode according to the other subsections of this section. Set this
exterior line is not affected by night service, clear IVR single key navigation, and
clear single dedicated line.
Description:
AB is 01-32, means exterior line 1-32. When AB is omitted, the
instruction indicates the batch setting of all exterior ports.
K = 0 means manual, 1 means computer.
MN is 00-32, means duty extension group 1-32.
Q is the extension number with 1-5 digits. When Q is omitted, means
clear all extension in the duty extension group.
T = 0 means priority call, 1 means cyclic call, 2 means group call.
