Remote Power On
The transceiver can be powered on remotely by manually sending the DTMF sequence:
SCC + BB (DTMF power on/off code) + DTMF ID. Using our example, the transmit-
ted sequence would need to be: 654321 BB 123456.
Please Note! If using a control code or DTMF ID that is less than six characters, it
will need to be terminated using a ‘#’. For example, if the SCC above were 654 and the
DTMF ID were 123, the following would need to be sent instead: 654# BB 123#.
Remote Setting Changes
The KG-1000G Plus provides the ability to change several settings remotely including
the frequency or channel number of the non-active area, the transmit power, and the
RX CTCSS tone or DCS code.
