Both menus include the same parameters but their scope is different:
The TX PARAMETERS menu pertains to the whole transmitter
The RF PARAMETERS menu pertains to the Helios FM 20/100W and Ecreso 100W only.
On a compact Ecreso FM, the TX PARAMETERS menu is not present.
