DOOR HANDLE REMOVAL

To remove the door handle, first remove:

1

Oven door

2

Oven door liner

Remove the Door Handle

 

TIP: The tubular handle and pro handle are removed the
same way. The pro handle is shown below.

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the door handle mounting
screws.

2

Remove the door handle from the door skin.

DOOR HANDLE INSTALLATION

After installing the door handle, install:

1

Oven door liner

2

Oven door

Install the Door Handle

  CAUTION

Torque the door handle mounting screws to 16 in-lb.

Over-tightening the door handle mounting screws

cracks the door glass.

  CAUTION

The pro handle standoffs have a small pin that fits

into the stainless steel door skin. If the pin is not

seated into the hole, the door glass may crack.

Place the door handle onto the front of the door skin.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the door handle mounting
screws.
